Pricing is not published because it depends on your expected volume of monthly active users (MAU), whether your app will have recurring usage or a one-time event, and the level of support you need. Contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Pricing” so we can assess your needs and price accordingly in a fair and transparent manner that works for you.

What is Bridgefy's pricing model?
</aside>
Bridgefy uses a simple, usage-based pricing model. You are only charged when a user opens your app for the first time in a billing cycle. After that, they can continue using the SDK at no additional cost until the next cycle, even while offline. Each user is only counted once per cycle, no matter how many times they open your app.

Do you offer a free trial or developer sandbox?
</aside>
Yes. We provide a sandbox version of the SDK for testing in a closed environment before going live. You can access it by creating an account on our sign-up page and selecting “Sandbox” once you’re inside the Bridgefy dashboard.

Is there a minimum monthly spend or user requirement?

Do you offer special pricing for educational or humanitarian organizations?

What defines an "active user" for billing purposes?
</aside>
An active user is someone who opens your Bridgefy-powered app for the first time during a billing cycle.
<aside> ❓
How does per-user activation work?
</aside>
Each unique user who opens your app in a billing cycle triggers a charge. After that, they can continue using the SDK with no additional cost until the next cycle.
<aside> ❓
Are background users counted for billing?
</aside>
No. Users are only billed when they open your app. SDK activity in the background does not incur a new charge.
